KIDS KARE is committed to compliance with all federal and state laws and works with families to provide reasonable accommodations for daycare students with disabilities which do not fundamentally alter the nature of its services and which are accepted by CCL. KIDS KARE will work with families to provide reasonable accommodations related to incidental medical services for children (e.g., diabetes management), consistent with legal requirements.  Any reasonable accommodation pursuant to the ADA or Section 504 which requires incidental medical services, including a specific plan of care for a child with diabetes who requires incidental medical services, is subject to CCL’s prior acceptance of the plan of care before the child attends KIDS KARE programing in person.

KIDS KARE shall not dispense prescriptions, injections, over the counter medications, or provide other medical care for students who do not require the medications as a result of their disability.
