This week our preschool friends studied about California, its customs and history. As part of their discussions they talked about Cowboys and frontier life in the Old West. To cap off the week's discussions and really get into the spirit of the subject, today our preschoolers celebrated with their own cowboy lunch Kids Kare style, which came complete with cowboy bread and beans, a cowboy cook, and our own "covered wagon" courtesy of our resident Mc Gyver: Ms. Danette.    |
