Our Preschool friends spent this week learning all about the farm and the different types of animals that farms support . They made "muddy" pigs, and strapped on their own "piggy" snouts, they shaving "creamed" cows, and even made their very own barns complete with an assortment of farm animals inside. The classes revisited the subject throughout the week, even bringing it up at lunch time when Ms. Amy quizzed the children about the things on their plates that Farmers provide. When questioned about who grew the corn for us to eat, the children proudly exclaimed "the farmers!" |
